POINTS
How do I earn points?
By promoting Karmaloop with your rep discount code and having customers enter your rep code at checkout. Posting your rep code in profiles and on blogs, distributing flyers, and sending out tweets, IMs and emails with your code will all help you get points.

What is the point conversion from cash to gift certificate towards clothes?
You earn 50 points for every $10 your people spend using your rep code. You can use it as points towards cash for your pocket or as points for clothes on your back. The point value changes according to how you choose to use it.

Example: Sally spent $20 on a hot new tee from Karmaloop using your rep code…
You earn: 100 points= $1 cash or (your choice) $1.50 off of Karmaloop clothes

What are other ways to earn points?
Besides sales, as an active rep you can also earn points by submitting sticker, flyer and banner designs: 250 points towards cash/ 375 points towards clothes. Street team pictures: 200 points towards cash/ 300 points towards clothes. Winning monthly contests can also award you points and/or gift certificates.

How do I view my points?
Log into your account and scroll down to where it says “View Your Point History” in order to see all of your accumulated points. By clicking on “Redeem Your Points” you can convert them to use as cash or for clothing.

How long does it take for points to be show up as Pending in my account?
You will generally see your points as pending within 1-2 days of an order being placed.

What are Pending points? Why are they Pending?
Pending points are “Pending” because they are freshly generated from an order with your rep code. An automatic system makes sure the order is successful and then the points will become “Approved” and available for your redemption.

How long do they remain Pending for? What determines if points are Approved or Canceled?
Points can remain pending for up to 21 business days. We ensure that all sales are 100% successful and all aspects of the order are OK (from payment processing, to shipment, to no returns, etc.). In the event an order placed with your rep code is canceled – those pending points form that sale will be canceled as well.

Why were my points canceled?
If it was from a sale – this is because the order was unsuccessful. The customer could have canceled, or the item could have been out-of-stock, etc.   If from creative uploads – you didn’t meet the criteria outlined below.

I just used my own rep code on a purchase – how come I don’t have any points?
You don’t earn points for your own purchases. After all – the whole point of the program is to spread awareness & put people on!

REDEMPTIONS
How does the point system work from cash to gift certificate towards clothes?
1 point = 1 cent in cash or 1.5 cents in clothing

How do I convert my points into a gift certificate?
It’s very simple! Just sign into your account and click on “Redeem Your Points.”  There you can choose how you would like to use your accumulated points. To issue yourself a gift certificate, simply choose that option. You also have the option to use your points to issue your gift certificate to a friend, should you wish to do so. Once you issue your gift certificate, your account will automatically be updated with your new gift certificate code.

How do I use my gift certificate?
Once your certificate is successfully issued, you will be able to use it towards purchase at Karmaloop.com by typing in your gift certificate code at time of purchase in the space that says “Promo Code/Gift Certificate.”

How do I issue myself cash?
You can only redeem your cash once you have acquired a $25 cash point value. Also you must take a minute and submit a W-9 to our accounting department.  Once you have built up the required amount of points and would like to redeem them for cash, sign into your account and click on “Redeem Your Points” and choose the PayPal payment option

When will I receive my cash PayPal payment?
Payments are made the first and third Monday of every month.

How come I haven’t received my PayPal payment yet?
You probably haven’t submitted your W-9 yet. Download the form here and fill it out then save it and email it back to our accounting department.

Do I have to fill out a W-9 even if I am a Non-US rep?
Yes you do. Please fill it out to the best of your ability.

Can I consolidate or combine gift certificates?
Yes – this is actually done automatically for your convenience. Once you issue yourself your first gift certificate your gift code will automatically add more value to that same existing code whenever your chose the “send myself a gift certificate option”.  If you have two separate gift codes and would like them combined – please contact customer service or email Dennis@Karmaloop.com with the GC’s you wish to combine. 

Can I create a gift certificate with a different code to give to somebody as a gift?
Yes – simply chose the “Send Gift Code to a Friend” option and enter their email.

SUBMISSIONS
Why can't I submit or upload any creative content?
In order to submit or upload any creative content you must be an Active Rep.

What is an Active Rep?
An Active Rep is any rep that has successfully made $50.00 in sales during any 90 day period.  Reps may not submit or upload any creative content onto any Karmaloop website unless he/she has made a minimum of $50.00 in sales during any 90 day period.

Oops, I became an Un-active Rep!  How do I reactivate my account? Get back out there and do your thing! Rep harder than ever and reap the rewards!  Once you’ve successfully made $50.00 in sales in any 90 day period, your account will become Active again, and you’ll be back in the game!

What are the criteria for each submission of pictures and creative content?
Banners: must include YOUR rep code and Karmaloop.com           
Flyers: must include YOUR rep code and Karmaloop.com
Stickers: must include YOUR rep code and Karmaloop.com
Street Team Pics: must be a picture that includes flyers, stickers, etc. with YOUR rep code on it
Posts: must be a screenshot of YOUR rep code displayed or advertising Karmaloop on the web

Any material that is stolen or unrightfully taken from other reps will be rejected.

How long does it take for submissions to be approved?
It generally takes 1-2 business days for submissions to be approved.

GENERAL REP INFO

What do new customers get after I direct them to your site?
They will receive 20% off of their first purchase at Karmaloop and 10% off of every other purchase. If they combine the Rep Code with a Promo Code (ie: a Free Shipping code) the Rep Code will take another 1% off and you will still get credit for the sale.

Can I order flyers/stickers from Karmaloop?
Yes, however before we can send you some you will have to generate $150 worth of sales. You can print out your first round of flyers and/or send out emails with your link or posting it on blogs or profiles on online networks. How do I use a link to represent?
Just post it on your profile for online communities. You can send your link to friends via IM, put it up on forums, or email blast all your peoples. Posting your link on Facebook and MySpace, or sending a tweet on Twitter are both great ways to have you rolling in the dough in no time.

My rep code doesn’t seem to be working. Why is this?
If your rep code is not generating the discounted amount, please check with your customers and make sure they a) are using the right code b) are not using the code in conjunction with other promotional codes and c) are entering it in the correct place. They should enter your code in the space that says “Rep Code” NOT “Promo Code/ Gift Certificate”. Please note that if your rep code is used with another code they discount amount will only be 1%.

What are some great ways to be a Top Rep?
The reps that are the most successful are the reps who are the hungriest & the most creative! If you can dream it – you can achieve it!  Some of the best reps have their own blogs, online magazines, websites, forums, YouTube video channel, Twitter, Facebook, Myspace, AIM Profile, Email signature, etc. all mentioning their KRP code!  The sky is the limit! You can literally earn however much you want! It’s all yours for taking! Now go out there and kill it!!!
